Client agreements
Styled commissions are governed by written quotes and terms issued at booking. Fees on the pricing page are indicative and may change; confirmed projects use invoice figures in EUR. Cancellation of booked consultations requires forty-eight hours notice for a full fee credit toward a rescheduled visit.
Third-party trades
When we introduce joiners, floor fitters, or upholsterers, those trades contract directly with you unless we explicitly act as agent in writing. We are not liable for their workmanship beyond our reasonable care in selection when you ask for referrals.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Irish law, we exclude liability for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms and disputes relating to use of this website are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts in Dublin shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer resident in the EU.
