What affects the final quote
Georgian homes with ceiling plaster repair needs or restricted fixings in apartment blocks may require specialist trades we quote after the first visit. Custom upholstery with stain-resistant treatment typically adds €400–€900 per sofa depending on frame size.
Parking and tolls for site visits outside the M50 are billed at cost with prior notice — most clients live within Dublin city and suburbs where travel is included.
Add-ons for multi-pet homes
Extra scratch-post integration in joinery costs from €120 per unit specified. A second species profile — for example both a dog and free-roaming rabbits — adds €95 to the consultation fee for extended material research.
We do not charge for simple litter-cupboard layout adjustments when bundled inside a room package already on your invoice.
Payment terms
Consultations are paid when booking. Room packages require a 40% deposit to begin drawings, 40% before trade start, and 20% on styling completion. Invoices are sent by email in EUR with fourteen-day settlement unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Georgian terrace supplement
Homes in Merrion, Fitzwilliam, or Mountjoy Square conservation areas sometimes need extra documentation for paint and fixings. We add a flat €150 research fee when Dublin City Council returns are required — quoted upfront, never as a surprise line item.
